I spent eight years leading product development at a packaged-food manufacturer and four years running a quality lab before becoming an independent consultant. That means I've seen both sides: the formulation bench and the audit table.
Today I work remotely with clients across Taiwan and abroad. You bring the question; I bring the literature, the standards and the practical experience to turn it into a clear, documented answer.
